Our outdoor pools
There are two pools. The blue of one rivals the sky, while the other is a deeper shade.

Raiva Restaurant
This is our signature dining venue, where the chef’s dishes are served. Here, you will find an indoor space and an outdoor terrace with a view.

Pop into the library
If peace and quiet are what you seek, this is one of the perfect places to enjoy them. A view of the river, shelves lined with books and, in winter, a roaring fire.

Our SPA

Our spa is a minimalist space where the proximity to the Douro River and surrounding landscape is ever present. This is why we strive to promote locally produced ingredients, back-to-your-roots treatments, medicinal herbs and other plants that were used by our ancestors in bygone times.

The accommodation

All room types at Octant Douro are breathtaking. We know that, for such a special occasion,you will want to stay in a place that reflects the moment you are experiencing. This is why we always suggest that our wedding couples choose to stay in the Pool Suite. From this spacious suite with a private pool and terrace, you can take in the full landscape surrounding the hotel: the bends of the river, the river dock, and one of our outdoor pools, all set against a mountainous backdrop.

For wedding parties booking the entire hotel for their sole use, we have a special gift: a voucher for a stay that you can use to celebrate your first anniversary with us. The voucher includes: 1 night’s accommodation, a bottle of champagne on arrival, a couples' massage
